We are a development-oriented organization based in Dhangadhi, Kailali, working with a mission to uplift rural communities through practical, result-oriented programs. Our work connects farmers, youth, and women with opportunities that improve livelihoods and promote self-reliance.

Leadership in Sustainable Agarwood Value Chain Development

ACT International Nepal is committed to leading the development of a complete and sustainable agarwood value chain, connecting plantation, inoculation, harvesting, processing, product development, and market access under one integrated system. Our focus is to strengthen Nepal’s position in both national and international agarwood markets through scientific practices, quality improvement, and value addition.

We actively support farmers and local communities by promoting improved cultivation techniques, responsible resource management, and skill-based training. Alongside production, we work on agarwood oil, chips, and other value-added products to enhance market competitiveness and create higher income opportunities.

Through a structured and sustainable approach, ACT International Nepal aims to build strong linkages between producers and global markets, ensuring long-term economic growth, environmental balance, and community empowerment.
