ACT International Nepal, Sudurpashchim Province successfully organized a two‑day Internal Review, Learning Exchange, and Future Action Planning Program aimed at strengthening project implementation, improving coordination, and preparing strategic plans for upcoming activities under the National Economic Development Project (NED Project).
The program brought together project representatives, coordinators, trainers, and stakeholders to review completed activities, discuss challenges and achievements, and formulate effective future work plans focused on sustainable economic development and community empowerment.
