Position Information

• Position: Field Staff
• Required Number: 1 person per selected district
• Project Location: Selected districts of Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki, Bagmati, and Koshi Provinces
• Employment Type: Contract Basis
• Contract Duration: 2 Years
• First Publication Date: 2083/07/15 B.S.

Key Responsibilities & Focus

• Support and coordinate community-based plantation activities across targeted districts.
• Engage with local stakeholders, community groups, and partners to promote sustainable plantation practices.
• Monitor and inspect field plantation sites to ensure high survival rates and quality implementation.
• Submit periodic field reports and record project milestones for environmental tracking.
• Promote environmental awareness and community mobilization for sustainable land management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 (10+2) or equivalent passed in any subject/discipline from a recognized institution.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to community development and environmental preservation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits in rural project locations.
