Field Staff (5 Positions) – National Economic Development Project (NEDP) – Phase II
ACT International Nepal invites applications from qualified, dedicated, and motivated Nepali citizens for the position of Field Staff under the National Economic Development Project (NEDP) – Phase II.
Position Information
- Position: Field Staff
- Number of Vacancies: 5
- Project: National Economic Development Project (NEDP) – Phase II
- Duty Station: Sudurpashchim Province (All 9 Districts)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Contract Duration: Up to 5 Years (Subject to satisfactory performance and project continuation)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement project activities at the community level.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor project progress.
- Work closely with local governments, farmer groups, cooperatives, and beneficiaries.
- Organize training, awareness programs, meetings, and field demonstrations.
- Collect, verify, and submit field reports and project data.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary Education) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the nine districts of Sudurpashchim Province.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet).
- Previous experience in community development, agriculture, or rural development will be an advantage.
